1. How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account and view your order history at any time as long as you're a member.2. I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, please contact our support team with the name and email used at checkout.3. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly, but reach out to us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we can’t make any changes.4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days.5. I received the wrong item or something is missing, what now?

Timeframe & Condition of Items
- Start your return here and follow the prompts.
- You have 15 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- Please make sure items are free from odours, pet hair and marks.
Refunds
- Refunds incur a $15 handling & shipping fee.
- Funds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive, inspect and approve your return.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Free shipping - we cover the cost both ways.
- Exchanges are for the same item in a different size only.
- If your size isn’t available, you’ll receive store credit.
- Gifted items: Eligible for store credit or size exchange.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email help@caffirmations.com.au with clear photos within 48 hours so we can sort it out quickly.
